The major part of exam consist of Quant and Reasoning and Professional Knowledge.
Complete the basics of Maths and Reasoning from any youtube channel and then start attempting sectional mocks either from Testbook or Oliveboard. Level of Quant and Reasoning is not that hard and its usually on doable side so try to score as much as you can in these 2 sections. These will define your name in final merit list.
For Banking awareness,You can refer to affairs cloud or Adda247 youtube channel videos of Ashish Gautam or even follow Gaurav sir Banking awareness videos of StudyIQ. Now a days they have started to ask deep banking awareness so attempt as much as you can with accuracy.
For English, Only reading and sectional mocks would suffice. Focus on accuracy in this subject. You can read daily newspaper if you can and it will surely help you in fetching good marks.
For Computer, I expect you to be from IT background so no need to study anything extra. Just revise any computer capsule provided by Oliveboard or Adda247.
Now the main suject is professional knowledge. For this you should first revise you graduation subjects mainly DBMS, OS and Computer Network. After clearing your basics, try to attempt as many questions from Sanfondry or Javatpoint as you can. Also be familiar with basic programming concept of Java, C or .Net as it will give you an edge in the exam over others in this section.
Finally, Try to attempt mocks seriously and regularly as its the key to success in the competitive exams. Mocks for IT officer is not available on many platforms so you can refer to Iexambee for some free mocks. Rest you can attempt sectional mocks from Testbook, Oliveboard or Adda247.
Professional Knowledge would be an important section of the exam as it consists of 50 questions for 75 marks.
